User Data Deletion Instructions

McMorton Media, Inc. Effective Date: August 23, 2026

This page explains how to ask McMorton Media, Inc. to delete data associated with a Facebook Page or Instagram business account that a client has connected to our managed social operations service.

Who Can Make a Request

You can submit a request if you are:

How to Submit a Request

Send an email to dmcauliff@gmail.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request.

Include the following so we can identify the correct records:

  1. Your full name.
  2. Your business name, if you are making the request on behalf of a business.
  3. The connected Facebook Page or Instagram business account the request relates to, including the Page name or Instagram handle.
  4. Your role or relationship to that Page or account, for example owner, employee, agency representative, or a person who commented or sent a message.
  5. The email address or contact details we should use to reply.
  6. Enough detail to locate the data, such as the approximate dates of the activity, the type of activity involved (comments, messages, or both), and any relevant post or message details you can share.
  7. What you are asking for, for example deletion of all data associated with a connected asset, or deletion of data relating to a specific individual or interaction.

The more specific the request, the faster we can locate the right records. Broad requests without identifying detail may take longer or may need follow up before we can act.

Verification of Authority

McMorton Media may need to verify your identity or your authority before acting on a request. This protects account owners and the people whose information is involved. Verification may involve:

If we cannot reasonably verify authority, we may decline to act on the request and will explain why.

What Happens Next

  1. Acknowledgement. We will confirm that we received your request and let you know if we need more information.
  2. Review. We identify the records covered by the request and determine what can be deleted, including whether any information must be retained to meet legal obligations or obligations under applicable platform terms.
  3. Action. We delete the data covered by the request, or otherwise remove its association with an identifiable person, to the extent we are able and permitted to do so.
  4. Confirmation. We notify you when the request has been handled, and describe anything that was retained and the reason.

We work to handle requests promptly. Processing time depends on the scope of the request, what verification is needed, and coordination with the client business that owns the connected asset.

What We Can and Cannot Delete

We can act on data we hold in connection with providing our services to a client.

We cannot delete content or data that sits outside our control. This includes:

For content that lives on Facebook or Instagram, use the platform's own tools, or contact the business that operates the Page or account.

Removing Our Access

A client business can withdraw our access to any connected Facebook Page or Instagram business account at any time through the platform's own business settings. Withdrawing access stops further access to that asset. If you also want existing data deleted, send a separate request to dmcauliff@gmail.com using the process above, since removing access does not by itself constitute a deletion request.

Related Information

Our Privacy Policy describes the categories of information we handle, the purposes we handle it for, how it is shared, and how long it is retained.
